Hey Richard,

Glad to hear you liked NYC. My brother and I are big fans of yours, and I should ask him if he got a chance to see you in person.

I've never heard of treating popcorn with liquid nitrogen. I was thinking, you're creative and you're still able to make food look and taste great. Maybe you should come out with an innovative line of baby food :)
