Busy, busy, busy

Wow!  Been going non-stop since Thanksgiving.  Flip opened to about 200 people last night for a cocktail party.  Today is our first official day serving dinner.  I'll post a new schedule soon.  Come by Flip if you are in town!

Congrats, JB, can't wait to visit. I know you're busy, but this is a pretty cool article: Palate or Palette? The like problems behind molecular gastronomy and modern artmaking.

Is Flip open for lunch? I live across the street from the restaurant and my Mom and I are planning to have lunch before I take her to the airport this Friday afternoon. I'd love to try it out with her if you're open and it would certainly be convenient!

Hey, dinner service was great. I was particularly taken by the sweet potato tots. And I think this opening went much more smoothly than the opening at Home. I can't wait until you get your full menu up. I don't suppose you'll do a tasting menu for Flip once things settle a bit?

Richard, I was in for dinner tonight (wednesday) and everything was fantastic! It was nice to chat with you, and you can be sure that we will be back many many times. Congrats!

Will we see more/different burgers in the future?

Hi There!
Congrats on the new space. Love the decor and I enjoyed my Krispy Kreme shake and Sweet Potato Tots with the Blue Cheese Foam! As I mentioned last night, I got in trouble for stopping by without the Hubby, so I will be back soon to try an actual burger this time. Thanks for coming by and saying hello too, thats always a great touch to meet the Chef, no matter if you're just starting out or someone with TV time.... :>)

My wife and I came by for dinner last night and we had a wonderful meal. I had a Philly, she had the Cod and we split some onion rings and tots. I look forward to going down the menu trying everything out over the next couple months.

We live on the Westside (Howell Station), so welcome to the neighborhood and we look forward to chatting with you next time we stop in!
