You may be the only one anticipating this more than me! This looks awesome.
Yum!
How bout that Krispie Kreme milkshake?
These sound delicious. Can't wait to try them.
Feel free to sign me up now for a Faux Burger, though I am torn between the sweet potato tots or the vodka battered onion rings...
Let me know if you need any taste testers :)

I think that looks great! I'm hoping you are able to open the week before Thanksgiving because I'll be in the area for the holiday and I can't wait to try it out. May I ask the address of the restaurant?
sounds good. Though I gotta say I've been holding onto this burger description from egullet that never showed up on the Elevation menu:
A probable menu item, the restaurant's signature burger: eight ounces of freshly-ground 75/25 beef, seasoned and slow-cooked for a few hours, then finished on a sizzle plate or in a small pan over a wood fire. It will be served on a soft bun (think steamed Chinese-style) with homemade pickles (including plenty of fresh onion in the mix), mayonnaise made with rendered chorizo oil, and hand-cut fries tossed in chopped dill. To go with it: a seasonal milkshake (peach-white truffle malt was mentioned) flash blended with liquid nitrogen.
this all sounds amazing. open sooner, i dont care if its not ready.
Sounds amazing. Eagerly awaiting the opening. Sweet potato tots, hell yeah. Hope there are some good beers to pair the burgers with.
Onion confit on the philly?
Is the website up & running - it's always private.
oh man... sounds amazing!!! can't wait to stop in on my next jaunt to atlanta, whenever that may be.
Thanks for all the great comments! We are pushing really hard to get open. Hopefully the website will have some content soon too!
I am excited about tempura rutabega.
I love rutabega.
Richard- I'm so excited about your new restaurant. My husband and I met you at Home for brunch one day. I hope the moon pie dessert carries over to Flip.
If you are ever in SC and want to come on our show, let me know!
Whoa. I approve of the corned beef and cabbage burger. Too bad I live too far away to try it! I may have to make the trip down south and make my friends take me to your restaurant...
(Just found your blog here from your Top Chef blog on bravo.)
I would kill for the philly burger with sweet potato tots. Seriously, I'd eat that weekly.
This menu looks amazing and you couldn't have posted a better picture! I'm planning a trip to Atlanta even if none of my friends will be in town...table for one, please!
Just found your blog....
My house is diagonally across the street from Flip and I cannot wait for you to open!!! How lucky can a girl be to be able to walk to one of your restaurants in less than 5 seconds? I've been watching the construction and have been anticipating your grand opening the entire time it's been going on (I heard rumors before the sign went up that you were the one going in the site). Hurry up and open!!!!
